In the never-ending search for a balanced meal plan, without making it become an exercise of excessive compulsive behavior... I decided to try something called Huel (short for Human Fuel).  So what is Huel? 

According to the Huel Website:

Now I couldn't  care less about the environment or animals, screw that! I want results.  So I started using Huel on the 5th of October. Huel advises to start slowly and work up to 6 to 8 scoops a day.  The amount of fiber can have you on the toilet 4-5 times a day if you overdo it.  After a week of ramping up, everything started to settle down.   It just goes to show how much nastiness was in my gut.  I immediately saw a difference in my stomach area; I was not as bloated as usual. 

I was 225, 13.8% Body fat with 191 LB of lean mass On October 5th.  In 3 weeks I was 215, 11.2% Body fat with 195 LB lean mass (All measurements were taken using the INBODY 270 Scale). Along with the fat loss, my skin is much clearer, inflammation, and joint pain is virtually gone.

I have been using 3 scoops in my morning shake; I then have 2 whole food meals of chicken, lean turkey or lean beef and rice, red potatoes and some leafy greens.  I finish the day with a berry, coconut milk sorbet with 3 scoops of Huel.  So far I am loving the stuff. 4 scoops are considered a meal and that comes to $1.75.  I am using about 6 to 8 scoops a day.   I have also seen my grocery bills go down as much as my stomach circumference.
